Kelly has been a licensed Community Association Manager since 2008 and takes pride in her ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors and residents of each community she works with. She has managed an array of Associations, condominiums, small and large homeowner’s Associations, student-populated communities and commercial properties. Kelly puts great emphasis on making each Association that she is involved with operate efficiently through open communication, timely follow-up, and professional solutions.“I fell into the Community Association Manager position knowing nothing about Association management, but quickly fell in love with the profession. I am, by nature, a person who thrives on helping others and solving problems, which makes Association management a perfect fit,” Kelly explained.
Tom has been in the Association management industry for 17 years, 7 of which he owned his own successful Association management company in the Fort Myers/Bonita Springs area. Tom is a licensed Community Association Manager, but also holds designations as a Certified Florida Property Manager, Certified Manager of Community Associations, and Advanced Management Specialist. Tom believes that a great manager is visible, proactive, prompt to communicate, and available to all residents to discuss any and all concerns.
“It is my belief that Associations don’t have problems,” Tom said. “What they have are opportunities for discussions that benefit communities as a whole.”
Sweetie has been a part of the GAM team as our Office Support Rep since 2023. Picked up by Alachua County Animal Services as a stray in late 2022, 8 y/o Sweetie waited for 9 months before picking out her person. Sweetie accompanies Gail to the office every day and spends her time with us sleeping, receiving lots of pets, and providing comfort and support to staff. She strives to continue to greet every homeowner at the door and continue to spread smiles throughout our community.
Kelly and Tom have set extremely high standards for themselves and their company and believe that the foundation of trust, respect, equality, attentiveness and hard work set them apart from their competition. Tom sums it up best: “We don’t want to be the biggest, but we will be THE BEST.”
